COURAGEOUS DENVER CITY COUNCILMAN RAFAEL ESPINOZA, a true champion of the people , has asked to be included as a Plaintiff in the law suit to stop Mayor Hancock from destroying historic CPGC by turning it into a storm drain sump. The Zoo , it seems is shy about its support for the Boondoggle Event Center and its support for the destruction of historic CPGC.
