It seems to be failure in using the techniques while catching the leapord in Bangalore last week. 

As per my knowledge from the media;

Leapord was darted for the first time, afterwards it was caught in a net. After getting caught up in the net again another dosage of the dart injection was given to the poor animal. This seems to be the cause of death.

Kindly request all the concerned to be more cautious while capturing the Wild animals.
