Innocent civilians are being killed including thousands of children. The genocide of the Palestinian people will not bring peace. We are in a crisis of humanity and as educators we believe the Australian government should call for a ceasefire. They need to stop backing the USA and Israel and actively lobby for food, water, medical aid, fuel and communications to be provided immediately.
