Pinky's customers have asked for brunch-time mimosas & lunchtime beer for 6 years. We feel it would greatly increase the value of the business by giving customers what they've been requesting. Because Pinky's only serves breakfast and lunch, this will just be casual brunch/lunch imbibing without infringing anything upon the surrounding community. And, because Pinky's is already so busy, the traffic couldn't possibly increase, thus the parking will not change whatsoever. Especially since so many of the customers live in the surrounding community and walk to Pinky's.
