The New all way stop on 103 has the main highway backed up blocking businesses & the elementary school. I've watch several go through there without stopping‚heard of wrecks‚watched people throw their hands up not knowing what to do & you can't go because you are unsure if others know who has the right of way. There is too much traffic through here for this & it is dangerous!
