The HOA has decided to drop their frivolous lawsuit! The judge has signed the dismissal, but there is no word yet on whether they will have the integrity to pay attorney's fees incurred trying to defend against their frivolous claim. But hey, progress is progress!

Also no word on whether they will agree to step down voluntarily yet either. Will keep posted!
