Our beloved One Stop Post Office in Cross Rd, Tadworth is under threat. The two dedicated ladies who have served us for years are facing redundancy this July and the post office is being downsized to a single counter operation. This isn't just about two jobs; it's about the heart of our community.

This post office doesn't only serve Tadworth residents but also those from surrounding communities such as Walton on the Hill, Tattenhams, Burgh Heath, Lower Kingswood, Kingswood and Epsom. It's an essential service that keeps us connected with each other and the wider world.

The loss of these ladies would be like losing a major part of our community fabric. They're not just employees; they're friends and neighbours who know us as we them.Their potential redundancy would be detrimental to our sense of community spirit.

Furthermore, reducing this post office to a one-counter operation will significantly increase waiting times for customers - making life difficult and time-consuming for all residents who rely on its services.
