1. ഓരോ സീറോ മലബാർ ഇടവകക്കാരനും സ്വയം സഭയുടെയും അനുബന്ധ സംഘടനകളുടെയും ഉടമയായി കാണേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

Every Syro Malabar parishioner need to see themselves as the owner of the church and their affiliated organisations.

2. ഒരു ഉടമസ്ഥന് പള്ളിയെക്കുറിച്ച് എല്ലാം സ്വന്തം കൈപ്പത്തി പോലെ അറിയണം.

An owner is supposed to know the working of the church setup inside out.

3. ഒരു ഉടമ നേരിട്ടോ അല്ലാതെയോ ശമ്പളം വാങ്ങുന്ന ജീവനക്കാർ വഴി ഷോ നടത്തണമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

An owner is expected to run the show directly or indirectly through paid employees, by themselves.

4. സഭയുടെ വിശ്വസ്ത സേവകരായി സ്വയം കാണേണ്ട ശമ്പളം പറ്റുന്ന സേവകരും ചില ഓണററി സേവകരും അതിന്റെ യജമാനന്മാരെപ്പോലെ പെരുമാറുന്നത് എന്നെ അത്ഭുതപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

It beats me, how the paid servants and certain honorary servants  supposed to see themselves as faithful servants of the church, behave like it's masters.

5. സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയിലും ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റിലും (GOI) ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് ഇന്ന് നന്നായി അറിയാം, ഈ ലോകത്ത് സൗജന്യ ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണം ഇല്ല.

Those working in the private sector and also for the Government Of India(GOI) these-days know too well, there ain´t any free-lunches in this world.

6. അതുകൊണ്ട്, പള്ളിയിലും സൗജന്യ ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാനാവില്ല. ഇനി വേണ്ട. 

So, the church setup too can't expect a free-lunch. Not anymore.

7. എല്ലാ തീരുമാനങ്ങളും എല്ലാ ഇടവകക്കാരും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സമയം കണ്ടെത്തുന്ന പരമാവധി പേർ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവരും ചേർന്ന് ഓൺലൈനായി ഒരുമിച്ച് എടുക്കണം.

All decisions ought to be taken online collectively by all parishioners or as-many that find time, to get involved.

8. സിറോ മലബാർ ജനതയിൽ പ്രബോധനം (പ്രസംഗങ്ങൾ), ബുദ്ധിശൂന്യമായ ആചാരങ്ങൾ, .. എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് ഇനി വലിയ സ്വാധീനം ചെലുത്താൻ പാടില്ല. എല്ലാവരും എല്ലാം അതേപടി കാണുകയും സ്വന്തം താൽപ്പര്യങ്ങൾ ഒപ്റ്റിമൈസ് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുകയും വേണം.

Indoctrination(sermons), mindless rituals, ..  must no longer enjoy great sway(influence) over the Syro Malabar populace. Everyone need to see everything as they are and be able to optimise own interests.

9. 

സഭാ സംവിധാനത്തിലെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം പെർസെപ്ഷൻ മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് ആണ് (ഒരു പ്രഹസനം).

അതിനാൽ, സഭയ്ക്ക് രണ്ട് ലോകങ്ങളുടെയും മികച്ചത് നിലനിർത്താൻ കഴിയും (യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തവും നീതിയും പുലർത്താതെ തന്നെ ന്യായമായി തോന്നുന്നു).

വൺ-വേ ആശയവിനിമയത്തിനായി വാട്ട്‌സ്ആപ്പും മറ്റ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം തെളിയിക്കാൻ പര്യാപ്തമല്ല.

പള്ളിയുടെയും അനുബന്ധ സംവിധാനങ്ങളുടെയും നടത്തിപ്പിൽ എല്ലാ ഇടവക അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും തുല്യവും എല്ലാവരുടെയും അഭിപ്രായവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.

The accountability in the church set-up is perception management(a farce).

So, the church gets to keep the best of both worlds(seems fair without actually being accountable and fair).

Embracing WhatsApp and other tools for one-way communication isn't good enough to prove accountability.

Every parishioner must have equal and all the say in the running of church and affiliated set-ups.
