Also to update you on what's been happening. 

So SWTC provided information requested in relation to the Subject Data Access Request I'm time with the statutory deadline. We thank them for that. 

We have queried a number of items now that further information has been provided. 

The Town Clerk, Lisa, has said there will be no further discussion on the matter and that SWTC consider the decision on Jacqui's pitch and license to be final.

However, speaking to former councillors, I understand that by petitioning councillors directly we can request a Full Council meeting to review the decision taken by their sub-committee. Full Council has the final say over decisions taken by its sub-committees provided by its authority on all TC matters. 

We have significant local support from members of the public as well as party political representatives from Conservative, Green Party, Lib Dem, Labour, and Reform UK, who have written to the Town Clerk to request a review into the decision taken by the Assets and Services Committee.

Formal letters will be sent to all SWTC councillors in the coming week to activate a Full Council review of the decision.
