Hello all, Jacqui has submitted a Subject Access Request to Saffron Walden Town Council today.

They have withheld meeting minutes where Jacqui's case was discussed, on the reasoning that it is confidential to the Town Council.

However it is the law that they provide any and all information pertaining to her whether named specifically or not, at her request. They will have 1 month to respond with the info requested.
