Thanks to the support of thousands of students, families, and advocates, New Mexico made history last year by passing the Opportunity Scholarship Act, the most expansive tuition-free college program anywhere in the country.

This fall, we opened doors for over 36,000 New Mexicans to pursue career training and college degrees and saw the second-highest college enrollment increase of any state.
