Having been out on the roads recently I find that many roads are nearly unusable and I think everybody should stop paying road tax until the money has been spent on the roads . It is getting past a joke in Birmingham and solihull and many people are damaging their cars through no fault of their own not only in Birmingham and Solihull but all over the country.
