It's a high time right now. We need to stop animal cruelty and animal abuse . No one is scared to harm animals as they can get away just by giving rs 50. We've seen animal abuse many times but no strict action is taken. This petition can change the lives of animals around us :) ... Many dogs  and cats die just because people aren't scared and find fun in this .. Animals already have bad conditions to live and we should not make it worse . No action is taken when a dog is raped,when an animal is hit, birds are caged and animals are beaten to death . This should not be acceptable and what we require is a CHANGE :)
