On 27th of February 2020,at around 8:30pm a man named Agani Das ( resident of A/49,Koelnagar,Rourkela) beaten a stray pup to death when she was sleeping in an abandoned auto. He smashed up her head by beating with a rod and threw her in a running drain. This heinous crime was no where serve justice to the pup until strong legal action cannot be taken.
