There was an incident which was happening for past many years, where nobody is dare to say/complain since the cruel cringy person belongs to the background of politician (as polti in further context) who supports him, more than that politi, this cringy person used polti influence and threatened many lives in that village called Pillayaarkuppam which comes under Pondicherry, Villianoor Police Station.

Incident:

Here comes the picture, the brutal person named Logu who got recently married is well settled in the area of Pillyarkuppam, who used to kill plenty of dogs every day, week, months and years.  There is no limit of such inhuman incident that he did. Whenever he is bored out of his home he used to prepare a poison food which is made up fish/chicken/any mammal's flesh by adding the poison toppings he used to serve dog's over his area and killed those with his brutish heart.  When any human with speech, killed with a poison there are thousands of association and Human Rights Commision. Who Cares? when speechless faithful dogs are killed ? If person like him exists, even dogs will become a rare extinct in upcoming days.

Outcome effect:

Old Woman, small girl child and the little boy's pet where brutally poisoned and killed.  Luckily one of the association named V4V(Voice For Voiceless) President went around the area to feed the local dog's during this quarantine time and he has noticed a dog which is struggling for its last breath.  He rushed away to hospital carrying it but unfortunately the dog has left its last breath on his lap by bleeding from its mouth.  Later the died dog's where also found under the bridge. I therefore kindly request you to take immediate action on the concerned person without any delay which results in endanger to human's also.

For your information the complaint has been given and already bail also given from the polti side.  By keeping all this in your mind, please provide him utmost punishment for killing unlimited number of lives with non-bailable offense warrant.
