When a Middle Class Family Plans to buy a House , It takes #LifeSavings for them. They sacrifice every day, every month & every year to have that kind of savings that they could afford a decent HOME for them. As soon as the salary comes a huge chunk of it goes in the HomeLoan EMI. But they Happily part with this hard earned money in a Dream of their Home. 

While it was Home for us, It was Business for them.

The #BUILDERS, flashing their Realestate Projects approach us trying to lure by sneaking in our Dream Land of owning our House. Its like a WOLF & the SHEEP. While Sheep thinks the Wolf is a Friend but here they are the PREDATORS preying on us naive Homebuyers.

2012 to tdy, its 8 years....almost a decade has passed. Our kids grown from 5 (Kindergarten) to 13(Entering High School & Higher Education). Few more years will pass like this & we will have no money for higher education & marriages of our Kids, for whom we planned it all.

And you know who is Laughing out here & enjoying life. Their Kids are going abroad for education,  they spend 10lacs on the birthdays of their kids while they cant pay back to us what they took from our lives.

Its just not Money friends, its our Life , Our Dreams & Our Youth that these Builders have taken from us. Its Going to cost us further, it will cost our Kids Future & Our Old age.

THEY TOOK AWAY OUR PAST 8YRS, THEY ARE TAKING OUR PRESENT & THEY WILL TAKE OUR FUTURE.

These are the # FRAUD BUILDERS like #KASHISH DEVELOPERS LTD, who Start with Wrong Intent, Weak Business Plan, Poor Insight! They first fill their Pockets with the Money we Homebuyers give them for our Homes..Then they partner in crime with these Loaning Agencies like #DHFL to feed their Greed.
