I have attended several decades of 12 Step Support Groups. Majority of adults living in sobriety have admitted to countless illegal activities/conduct during years, (as much as 25 years) of substance addiction.                                               Impaired judgement will occur with substance abuse coupled with youth, extreme aggravating factors which no longer exist in her life.          Society tends to dismiss those by claiming "Why would they cease their patterned habits?".                       Acquiring life skills via personal growth/maturity, and achieving/maintaining sobriety, breaks the patterns/habits of reckless youth. Replaced with healthy positive routines.                     Appreciating dedicated time invested accomplishments, rather than instant gratification is the essence of recovery.  Documentation exhibiting this trait is evident through Diplomas and Certificates of Achievements during Krysten's years of sobriety.                  The exact justice system of Corrections and Rehabilitation can validate their process by the release of who Krysten Webber is today.
