On Sept 27, 2022, the injured workers commission did NOT receive a list of symptoms from Dustin's doctor to compare to the symptoms at the time of original injury!

The commission decided to "pretend" they did have this list of symtoms and told Dustin he was having a recurrence. Then refused to make a decision on the ACTUAL information they DID receive!

Dustin and I are on "zero tolerance" no contact with the commission because we REFUSED TO GIVE THEM SUGAR FOR THEIR DOSE OF SHIT!

Injured workers and their authorized representatives should NEVER BE PUNISHED FOR PICKING UP FOR THEMSELVES! Human Resources SHOULD BE FIRING THE EMPLOYEES WHO CAUSED THIS CONFLICT!

And issuing apologizes to the injured worker for the way the employees treated them!
