I was not aware the updates to the WHSC Act was not using the same link as the old.  

The only change is the numbers to the parts of the act and to remove sections that had been removed.  

The situation does not change though.  As explained in the video.

Will Charmaine Janes apologize for using only the illegal form 6 in her recurrence decision?  A modified work schedule does not qualify as medical evidence.
