In the video I am explaining how the commission has recently received information from Dustin's chiropractor.
The video then discusses the competence of Charmaine Janes by referring to her usage of Section 70(1) in correspondence sent to Dustin dated November 9, 2023.
Section 70(1) does not exist. Section 70 talks about continuing the household after someone has been in a fatal workplace accident and is only applied when Section 65 applies.
My husband suffered a knee injury from slipping on a Coast Guard ship. He was not involved in a fatal accident.
The reference to Kimberly Janes White is there because Kimberly decided to send me some bullying comments working at defending Charmaine. I have challenged Kimberly to ask Charmaine to explain how Section 70 would apply to my husbands file and let us know in a video response what her answer was.
Some of Kimberly's comments were:
"You just need to shut the f@&$ up!"
"Grow up? Lmao. maybe you should grow up and realize that putting this on tiktok is gonna get you any further ahead. You are a joke"
"Maybe you need to lie in your own bed/mess you've made"
"You really need to slow down on the defamation and the slander !! You are wayyyy out of control!"
I have screenshots to prove these were posted.
I have made Kimberly aware that defamation and slander is only applicable when it is not true.
I have had quite a few comments from individuals who have questioned if I was drinking or drunk.
If ANYONE is speaking of me in terms of me being a drunk or a druggie or stoned, that is defamation and slander. I am allergic to MANY things and have autoimmune issues. My health conditions do cause me to have issues speaking sometimes. I have MANY people who can back up my statements that I have not drank in many years. I do not even have a sociable drink of alcohol. I never smoked anything in my life due to lung issues.
Back to Kimberly...it is never wise to insert oneself into a situation based on "hearsay" because they may find themselves in a court of law for the very things they are accusing me of. Not to mention her comments are out of line and appearing to bully me into shutting up.
It is unreal that the commission has allowed their employees to lie and when I was so fed up with them continuing the illegal financial harm and medical neglect I took to social media. Now someone who obviously knows Charmaine is bullying me as well.
Would this be happening if people asked Charmaine directly if she was guilty of these things?
Is Charmaine telling more lies to her family and friends because she does not want to admit the truth to them?
Why would you bully someone without knowing the facts of the situation to begin with?
Is there no lengths these employees will go to coverup their lies, incompetence, and mistakes? Is there no amount of suffering caused to the injured worker where their empathy, compassion and humanity takes over and causes them to feel guilt over the harms they have caused? Are they capable of being mature, responsible adults, who admit their mistakes, lies or incompetence and apologize. Then do everything to ensure the injured worker is FINALLY compensated fairly and legally as soon as possible!
I want this to stop with my family! Please sign and support me for the sake of my husband and the other injured workers and workers families where their loved ones have been killed on the job.
