Support Women in Skill Games & PA Small Businesses
The Issue
To the Pennsylvania House of Representatives & Pennsylvania Senate:
We are women who work in, support, and are affected by Pennsylvania’s skill games industry. We are business owners, employees, operators, managers, and community members. Decisions about skill games affect our jobs, small businesses, and families. We ask you to hear directly from us as you consider legislation.
We call on the Pennsylvania House to create a clear, responsible framework for skill games that:
• Considers the impact on workers and small businesses.
• Includes women and small-business stakeholders in hearings and meetings.
• Protects consumers through age restrictions, oversight, and enforcement against illegal operators.
• Sets reasonable licensing, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Applies clear and consistent standards to legitimate businesses.
Behind every location, route, and office are real people whose livelihoods are affected by decisions made in Harrisburg. Please give us a seat at the table and work toward fair, workable rules.
Sign to ask Pennsylvania House members and the Pennsylvania Senate to listen to women and small businesses affected by skill games.
*****IMPORTANT UPDATE********
As of September 30, 2026, extensions have been introduced, but none have passed yet.
Two Pennsylvania House bills are seeking additional time:
• HB 2795, sponsored by Rep. Brad Roae, would effectively extend the current October 13, 2026 deadline by six months, to April 13, 2027. It was referred to the House Gaming Oversight Committee on Sept. 24 and, as of the latest official record, has not received a vote.
• HB 2793, sponsored by Rep. Manuel Guzman, would establish a temporary transition period through April 13, 2027 while lawmakers work on a permanent regulatory framework. It also remains in the Gaming Oversight Committee with no recorded vote yet.
• In the Senate, Sen. Michele Brooks announced plans for companion legislation to HB 2795 providing the same six-month extension.
Please call your representatives and ask to support an extension on Skill Games. Too many jobs are at risk!
Keep signing the petition!
Thank you all for your support.
