Suspected case of Unlawful Eviction. 

On the  02/072015, In Tom Crawfords absence from his property which he believes he has paid  Bradford & Bingley in total for.

Police attended Oakdale Road, in the Towies Mount area to shut off the road.  Whilst Bailiffs instructed on behalf of Bradford & Bingley, gained entrance to Tom Crawfords home, where they carried out their eviction.  During there attendance if was understood that the families pet dog was inside the property and the family was denied access to it to either console or take care of there much loved dog, or to seek veterinary help.  The same family have allegedly been recently bereaved and Tom Crawford was not at home so therefore he was not able to defend his home, as we feel is his right to do so.

Tom Crawford has been suffering from cancer and he has always paid his mortgage.  Bradford and Bingley say he has not paid for, and  when it went to court, the Judge postponed his judgement until further notice but the judges ruling was allegedly in Mr. Tom Crawfords favor as the general public sees it.  The General Public feels that Fraud by Bradford and Bingely has in the publics view been allegedly committed and Mr. Tom Crawford should be allowed to regain his family home, and to be compensated by his bank, Bradford and Bingley.  All supporters everywhere please sign this petition.
