Dear Supporters,

Thank you all for standing with me and signing the petition for the Medical Blacklisting Prevention Act. Your support means the world — especially as we continue to fight for fairness and safety in healthcare for everyone.

Recently, a shocking example has shown just how urgent this law is. During a traffic stop on Highway 1488 in Magnolia, Texas, nurse Crystal Nicole Tadlock reportedly told officers that if any of them ever came to her hospital, she’d make sure they died.

That kind of statement isn’t just disturbing — it highlights how dangerously personal bias can infiltrate healthcare. If medical professionals can threaten or refuse treatment based on personal views, no one — not patients, not first responders, not any of us — is truly safe.

Unfortunately, despite reaching out to multiple police departments, I haven’t received a single response. That silence shows exactly why this issue can’t be ignored or left to “someone else.” We need your voices more than ever.

👉 Here’s how you can help right now:

  • Share, share, share the petition — post it, email it, text it to your friends and coworkers.
  • Tag local media and elected officials when you share. They need to see that this problem is real.
  • Encourage your local police and firefighter associations to publicly support the Act.

Every new signature and share brings us closer to real accountability — and to a future where medical care is never used as a weapon.

Thank you again for standing up for what’s right. Let’s keep pushing together.

With gratitude,
Amy McFalls
