We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the Town Council approve a 10-year lease for the current operators of Windmill Bight Park.

Their hard work has contributed positively to the community and has helped create an enjoyable destination that many people return to year after year.

Their efforts are reflected in the many positive reviews and testimonials from campers, who consistently praise the park's atmosphere, cleanliness, customer service, and ongoing improvements. These reviews demonstrate the confidence and appreciation that guests have for the current operators.

A longer-term lease would:

Provide stability for the continued operation and growth of Windmill Bight Park.
