This past Sunday, the G.A.L.E. Founding Team spent the afternoon working on the final components of the charter school application for the Girls Academy for Leadership & Excellence (G.A.L.E.)—we’re on target to submit ahead of the March 31st deadline!

This school is going to be a game-changer for young girls, and we need your support to bring it to life!

Girls Academy for Leadership & Excellence (GALE) symbolizes how young women will become powerful forces of change in their communities and beyond.

Just as a gale reshapes landscapes, clears paths, and signals transformation, the students of GALE will be strong, unstoppable, and transformative leaders—breaking down barriers, challenging limitations, and creating new opportunities for themselves and others. Their leadership, confidence, and resilience will sweep through their environments, inspiring progress and making a lasting impact, just as strong winds reshape the world around them.

We are still collecting signatures for our petition and looking for letters of support from community members, educators, and leaders who believe in our mission.

Our goal is 500!! Lets surpass that and inch towards 700 by March 24th!
