We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, are calling for the immediate consideration and passage of the *Government Integrity, Accountability, and Public Trust Amendment* to the U.S. Constitution.

 

Americans have lost faith in our institutions. From Washington D.C. to our state capitols, we have seen corruption, abuse of power, and delays in accountability go unchecked for too long. 

 

This amendment, drafted by *Lori Davis Bergman-Glock of Wichita, Kansas*, restores trust by holding ALL public officials — federal AND state — to the same standard.

 

*This Amendment Will:*

1. *End Corruption*: Clearly define "Corrupt Acts" and ban immunity shields. Create independent Offices of Public Integrity at federal + state levels.

2. *Speed Up Accountability*: Create 60-90 day timelines to remove officials found guilty of corruption, with due process and public hearings. Ban removed officials from office for life.

3. *Restore Civilian Oversight*: Require legislative approval for combat deployments over 60 days and ban the misuse of military and law enforcement against the public.

4. *Apply to Everyone*: No loopholes. This covers Congress, the President, Courts, Governors, and State Legislators.

 

*We Demand:*  

That our elected representatives introduce, co-sponsor, and vote to pass this amendment and send it to the states for ratification.

 

This is not about party. This is about principle.  

It’s time to put the people back in charge and restore integrity to government.
