Support from Florida Government is Starting to appear!

I have been contacted by Rep. Slosberg (Boca-Raton) who is pushing forth a bill in the State House to make distracted driving a primary offense. We discussed the issue and the road ahead and we need to continue to pressure more politicians to jump onboard in support of this bill.

While this bill is less than what we want to accomplish on this petition it makes a great step forward by making "texting" while driving a primary offense, allowing law enforcement to issue citations to drivers braking the law.
