We, the undersigned, call on the Los Alamitos School Board to immediately review and reverse the administrative leave placed on Mr. David Moellenkamp, choir teacher at Los Alamitos High School. We expect the school board to ensure that personnel decisions are made fairly, transparently, and in the best interest of students. 

Mr. Moellenkamp is widely respected as a gifted educator, mentor, and program builder. The choir program under his leadership has not only achieved artistic excellence, but also provided a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for countless students.

We urge the district to reinstate him and protect the integrity of our arts programs and educators.
