The issue

For five years I have been trying to understand how my son, Jorden John Lovell, died.
During that time I have uncovered evidence, inconsistencies, and unanswered questions that have never been properly examined together.
Instead, everything has remained separated — across police, the coroner, and other agencies — with no single process bringing it all together.
I have met other families living the same reality. Different cases, but the same experience — questions left unresolved, and no pathway to have everything independently examined.
That is why I have formally applied for a Commission of Inquiry.
A Commission of Inquiry is not just another review.
It has the power to:
– Bring all evidence together
– Compel documents and witnesses
– Examine decisions across every agency involved
It is the only process that can look at the full picture.
Jorden deserves that.
Every family still searching for answers deserves that.
If you believe there should be a process that can examine everything properly and independently, I ask for your support.
