We have poured our hearts and souls into creating not just a business, but a gathering place where friendships have been forged, milestones celebrated, and memories made. This is not just a livelihood for us; it is a lifelong commitment to our neighbors, friends, and community, and it hurts us immensely to think this cherished establishment could be threatened due to foreclosure.

Despite the resilience and determination we have demonstrated over nearly three decades, we are currently facing the threat of unjust foreclosure influenced by allegations that do not reflect the true spirit or history of Kelly's. We are reaching out to our loyal patrons and the wider community to stand by us during this challenging time. Our goal is to dispel these allegations and secure Kelly's place in the community for future generations to come.

UPDATE:  Many have inquired what these allegations are and why they should support our cause.  There are individuals in the community who have deemed Kelly's a nuisance and the source of late night disturbances.  They have been investigating issues such as public drunkenness and urination outside Kelly's and around the community, open containers, and noise disturbances to name a few.  Their claim is we are the source of these issues.  This investigation will take us to a case at the State Police & Commonwealth of PA  to defend our business and fight for our right to exist.   Your support will show that there are friends, family, alumni, community members, business leaders and patrons that support us and do not want to see the corner without Kelly's.
