Ear acupuncture is a very safe, minimally invasive intervention that supports your own body's ability to heal.

Ear acupuncture can reduce cravings, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and pain. It can be used to support stress relief and ease symptoms of PTSD.

Expanding access to ear acupuncture is also crucial with rising rates of opiate addiction and with the increased demand for mental health support connected to the coronavirus pandemic.

The ear acupuncture protocol was used by the Black Panthers and the Young Lords as a tool for liberation and community health. Ear acupuncture has a long history of being used in a range of settings, including addiction recovery and veterans services. It can be a powerful tool in addressing both the opiate crisis currently ravaging Illinois, and the stress and increased mental health burden of the coronavirus pandemic.
