Support for the Food Pak!
The Issue
We all know and love our beloved Food Pak, but sadly we are at risk of losing them. The Hejazis have been a part of our community for 35 years and they need our support! The building's current owner will not renew their lease so in a couple months they will be forced out.
The Hejazis own the wooded lot directly behind the parking lot between Lavretta Park & Maple Street Biscuit Company. Their wish is to build a new Food Pak there, but their obstacle is that the lot is zoned residential. They will go before the city on September 17th in hopes of getting the rezoning approved to build.
Let's all rally behind them to show Gina Gregory and the City Council that we support this rezoning and the Food Pak!
