Support for @Tatt2Cody (Cody Rini)
The Issue
We are respectfully asking Hon. John R. Adams (U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio) to consider reinstating probation (or continuing supervision with appropriate conditions) for Cody Rini, known online as @Tatt2Cody
Cody is not perfect, and this petition is not asking the Court to overlook accountability. He understands the seriousness of a probation violation and accepts responsibility. He is a life after lock up content creator like myself. My names Patrick McCombs (PackyVisionsTv) and that is how we met. We advocate for convicted felons and he now has over 200k followers online, his Chain breakers community. We are from the same area and by watching him he has inspired me and even helped me to learn things about myself. What we are asking is that the Court also consider who Cody is today and the measurable progress he has made over the past year: steady effort toward stability, personal growth, and consistent encouragement to others to stay sober, stay employed, and stay out of trouble.
In the last 12 months, Cody has built a large, positive online community (often referred to as “Chain Breakers”) that includes everyday people, parents, and even members of law enforcement who support the idea that rehabilitation is real when someone chooses it daily. His message is simple: prison is not the goal; responsibility and lawful living are.
Public safety and accountability matter. So does the purpose of supervision: helping someone succeed under structure rather than resetting their progress through incarceration when a better outcome can be achieved through continued oversight, tightened conditions, and verified support.
Cody has another hearing scheduled for February 24. We respectfully ask the Court to consider the extraordinary community support behind him and to allow him the chance to continue proving his commitment to change while under supervision.
If you support Cody, please do two things:
Sign this petition respectfully by clicking the button (no insults, no attacks).
If you’re willing, write a short character letter (3–4 paragraphs is fine). Letters can be emailed to: inmatelivesmatter@icloud.com and will be professionally formatted and mailed to the Court.
Thank you for standing for accountability, growth, and second chances done the right way.
