We support First Tee – Pittsburgh's plan to improve the Bob O'Connor Golf Course. For nearly 20 years, First Tee has maintained and operated this public course while providing free and low-cost programming to thousands of kids in the Pittsburgh region. The proposed upgrades would help the organization become financially self-sufficient — freeing donor dollars for youth scholarships and programming — while continuing to serve the entire community. Importantly, the improvements are designed to be made within First Tee's existing leased footprint in Schenley Park, with no expansion of the land currently under its management.
