To everyone who has signed, shared, and supported Faye’s Law – History Matters, thank you. Your support continues to matter more than you may realise.
Since launching this campaign, we have continued to uncover and organise extensive evidence showing that,-
Faye’s death was not the result of a single mistake, but the final outcome of lifelong, systemic failures.
Her medical history shows repeated red flags, abnormal results, missed opportunities, and harmful labelling that followed her from childhood into adulthood.
Her history was never truly read, joined together, or acted upon.
What has become painfully clear is that Faye’s story is not unique.
Families across the country are experiencing the same patterns:
■ being dismissed,
■ being labelled,
■ being forced to fight for answers while grieving,
,■ And being shut out by systems meant to protect them.
Faye’s Law exists because history matters.
When patterns are ignored, when patients are reduced to labels, and when families are not listened to, harm is repeated — sometimes with fatal consequences.
This campaign is calling for change so that:
■ lifelong medical history cannot be ignored or fragmented
r■ epeated abnormal results must trigger escalation
■ diagnostic labelling cannot override evidence
■ vulnerable patients are safeguarded, not dismissed
■ families are treated with dignity, not suspicion
Progress is rarely quick, and it is rarely easy.
♡ But every signature strengthens the call for accountability, learning, and reform.
☆ Every share helps another family feel less alone.
