I am seeking support for a local business in Leighton Buzzard, they set up a a fabulous Doggy Spa; ''Pawfection Doggy Spa'' in North Street, Leighton Buzzard - it has gone to strength to strength employing local people and helping to add more footfall to North Street - all important factors for a town like Leighton Buzzard.

Unfortunately, the owner didn't realise when taking on the shop lease, that she had to apply for a change of use from shop to Sui generis (for dog grooming).

A local architect, Veronique Castel Branco, has taken on the application and is helping them with the change of use application - this has been submitted.

There isn't a guarantee it will be approved, which will be devastating for the owners, customers, the town and most importantly the dogs!
