The Barkley Regional Airport Authority Board has recommended SkyWest Airlines to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regarding our region's next Essential Air Service (EAS) provider. After reviewing proposals from five carriers, the Board selected SkyWest Airlines as the best fit for our community's needs and meets the true vision of EAS: reliable, accessible, and growth-oriented air service for rural America.
