The Miami Seaquarium was once a leader in manatee and sea turtle conservation.  Although it has closed its doors as a marine animal park, there is a new opportunity to continue utilizing this waterfront property for a positive impact in local marine wildlife conservation and education under development from the Terra Group.  A portion of this property will be developed into an accredited aquarium with no marine mammals.  This petition is in support to utilize this space for conservation rather than serving solely as an exhibition venue.

Let us transform it into a state-of-the-art marine animal rescue, rehabilitation, research, and conservation center, known as ORCA, the Oceanic Rehabilitation & Conservation Alliance.
