There's too many lost dogs at night with no one to help. Animal Control is closed at dusk which doesn't leave people with many options. The police department says there's nothing they can do and to wait for Animal Control, the following day. In a worse situation, wandering animals could cause danger for themselves or the public. I want to get the support and/or funding for Animal Control to be a 24 HR system in Lincoln, Nebraska.
