Supercell: you guys are going too far now... according to your terms of service and fair play rules, players cannot, under any circumstances:

• Use or take part (directly or indirectly) in the use of cheats, exploits, automation software, emulators, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service, any Supercell game or any Supercell game experience

I am visually impared and cannot play your games on a small little phone. I have been using BlueStacks to play the game on a larger screen.

My account has NOT been banned.  I can log in via my mobile device, but due to my vision disability I cannot see the gameplay clearly and cannot participate in the game that I love.
BlueStacks does not allow of cheats, automation, bots, hacks or mods. It supports someone who is visually impared that cannot see on a small screen. I have spent so much money on your game over the past 5 years, and for you to just flat-out disable BlueStacks from the game is not only discriminatory to somelike like me that is disabled, but it also shows your true color on how you value customer support.

I have been trying to find another way to send you a message to voice my concerns but I now realize how bad your customer service really is. Even the largest software companies in the world have open lines of support with their customers. For a multi-billion dollar company to limit how paying customers can get help shows what type of company you are and how much you do not like your own customers.

We, your customers DEMAND that you re-enable BlueStacks support.  We want the ability to play the games we love and have enjoyed for years.  We want access to the money we have spent on the game, and want access now.

We, your loyal customers, are dismayed over the lack of consideration for your customers.  We are tired of trying to find "fixes" for and do not think it is right or fair for you to just cut us off.
