The right to vote should have people who had a high average score in school. The rest can take exams for a license for the right to vote just as they pass the exam to obtain a driving license. The voting is not less responsible as to drive a car. Voting in elections requires appropriate knowledge and skills!

Obtaining a driver's license requires appropriate knowledges of the theory, practical skills and driver's license. Driving a car requires appropriate qualification. That is why it works. Voting in elections does not require any qualification. That is why people are subject of manipulation, populism and demagoguery. That is why suffrage does not work appropriate.

Voting in elections requires appropriate knowledges of history, social sciences and logical skills. It has to be part of school programs with exams and license because it requires appropriate qualification [1]!
