Update 2 (1/19/2022: 11:13am CST):My email was received and forwarded by their leadership to the Suddenlink "Corporate Executive Customer Relations" team. I just spoke with the individual who's responsible for following up and she confirmed they're digging into the issue and will have an update for me by end of day tomorrow. We obviously got their attention and they're beginning work to locate the issue. That's a start!
