This semester has been extremely challenging for students. Together we have adjusted to uncertainty of class instruction and location, numerous and ever-changing mandate orders in which students had to adjust to, and lack of school activities and social events to increase overall moral on campus. And though the faculty have tried their best, this has taken a toll on a lot of students grades. The goal of this petition is to provide students who have had difficulty adjusting (i.e. out of state students, commuters, and those who faced issues with housing; especially during the beginning of the semester) a bit of grace that will save their GPA from being tarnished due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. On behalf of all Bowie State University students, we thank you for reading this petition. We hope to see this come to pass.
