Thank you so much for sharing your stories and how this issue hits home for so many people. It was emotional and heartbreaking reading personal testimonies from current students, alumni, and concerned community members. I have been updated that we can not confirm whether or not Holm was on academic scholarship, but regardless, Loyola provided him a space at this school to play golf and go to classes. However, many believe that he was given scholarship money and multiple articles reported this after he signed his national letter of intent. Rape culture has hurt so many people and complacency on Loyola's part is not only wrong, but dangerous. A comment read saying that Loyola should explain to folks on campus why they prioritized a rapist who can play a sport over the safety of students. I completely agree.
