Dress codes are just reminders of the barbaric past this country has gone through its just sexist which disproportionally affects women just like how infractions affect minorities, the boys at joliet west only half to follow two main rules. 1. No sagging pants, and 2. No durags, And girls have the whole dress code. No cleavage, no short shorts, no crop tops, no shoulders, no tanks tops but no guy is going to be distracted by a girls shoulders or stomach. The schools are telling us we have to dress so the boys can get a a better education but really they should focus on teaching them how to keep it in their pants. We want no vandalism, or violence we want a peaceful protest and rights to be able to wear what comfortable and what’s right to wear for the weather. We ask the 204 district superintendent to rewrite the dress code making it fair for both women and men.
