IBO really should give more time to answer their papers. Me as an alumni felt that even though the difficulty was very high, I knew how to answer with quality most of the questions. Unluckly I lacked time so there were questions I just managed to glanced at it and said in my head "I could do that". For me, biology, math and economics were some that I would have appreciated more time.
