The examination pattern for Mumbai University currently spans over a month and then some more days, rounding up to over fifty days of exams including Practical Examinations and study leave. This results in a proper vacation of less than a month during which it's really difficult to intern, at least from the Second Year of Engineering onwards. We lose out on a ton of opportunities as well as a long vacation simply because this schedule has stuck since time immemorial. Sign this petition if you'd also like the University to change their pattern of scheduling examinations to make it a shorter, more compact format spanning at least less than one month.
