Keep Remote Learning 2.0

Keep Remote Learning 2.0
The Issue
Parents who are trying to protect their children, teachers, staff, administration, families, and community by not sending their children to school request equal value from our taxes by having access to our Strongsville City School educators via Remote Learning 2.0 throughout the duration of the pandemic and until all have had the opportunity to receive an effective vaccine.
We agree that in-person learning is optimal, but is foolish and irresponsible because COVID-19 is a highly communicable airborne virus; no one, no mask, no piece of plastic between students or attempts at social distancing can eliminate the risk of contracting the coronavirus. Therefore, we are requesting support from Dr. Ryba and the Strongsville Board of Education to invest their time and energy into strengthening the Remote Learning 2.0 platform in order to prevent spreading this deadly disease among our children, our teachers and staff, our administration, our families, and the Strongsville community.
