The Issue

Multilateralism is the principle of participation by three or more people or organizations to promote, educate about, and teach an idea, such as our duty to care for freedom and human rights.

OVER AND ABOVE SIGNING THIS PETITION, your signature is a pledge to find some friends and promote our shared duty to care for freedom and human rights in your community. Our shared moral duty to care is what unites siloed human rights advocates and cannot be overstated. Be sure to include your town, state, and zip. If you are a US citizen overseas, choose a city, state, and zip code to engage every day.

There are two reasons why daily engagement of any kind is important: [1] It's scientifically effective. [2] Our freedom-loving ancestors told us to engage "constantly."

First, the brain is a biased organ, prone to care or cruelty. Neuroscience has discovered that all thought is physical, metaphorical, and mostly unconscious. This unconscious, physical, and metaphorical neural system simulates everything the brain perceives, which strengthens those metaphorical ideas. Consequently, because of brain simulation, science-based communication applies three framing rules for advocacy: [1] State your moral WHY, [2] you WANT something, [3] REPEATEDLY.

Even a person who doesn't support our shared moral duty to care for freedom and human rights can't stop the idea from being physically strengthened in their brain when they read the petition. So daily sharing is a big deal in changing brains.

Second,  on December 10, 1948, we, the people of the USA, through our UN Ambassador, voted YES and

Proclaim(ed) this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

90 Member States of the United Nations recommit themselves to "constant" UN human rights multilateralism (** See List Below)

The USA's Rejection of UN Human Rights Multilateralism is Immoral.

Sixty-seven U.S. Senators could require care for the American people - if we systematically and repeatedly DEMAND CARE. In contrast, the US Senate has never ratified and enabled any of the treaties, because it and we have been weakened by the top-down cruelty of billionaires. In fact, in 2025, this #CruelWing's Epstein POTUS pulled the United States out of the Human Rights Council (HRC) of the United Nations, because they don't want any national conversation linked to empathy - our duty to care for human rights and freedoms.

Billionaires demanded and received Epstein POTUS's withdrawal from the HRC's Universal Periodic Review (UPR), because of its public nature and potential to tell the truth, i.e., 2/3 of the US Senate has NEVER wanted to care for Americans. (Co-sign our UPR Submission here.)

US Senators are our decision makers. How to add your Senator.

We'll add your U.S. senators as decision-makers when the number of signatures from your state reaches 1,000.

Your Daily To-Do - Share daily, especially in your own city, state, and zip code. Share this link - https://proempathy.us/sharedaily

Therefore, because of brain simulation, science-based communication applies three framing rules for advocacy when you share daily: [1] State your moral WHY, [2] you WANT something, [3] REPEATEDLY.
