The report also states that before impact BALL was on his phone to HARRADENCE saying he was having another beer with “ERIC “ also he was on his phone whilst driving,the impact was too devastating to print how Stuart was found, also suggesting dangerous driving.

 His sentencing was 6 months suspended £700 fine 300 hrs community service, and 12 month driving ban and she is still practicing, so in a nutshell  causing death by Hit and run isn’t taken too seriously , this should change because it happens far too often.
